ELIGIBILITY

Following class of senior citizens are eligible for joining Varishtha Nagarik Sewa Sadan.

• Who are alone i.e. having no one to look after them.
• Elderly persons who are being neglected by their own kith and kin.
• Who are free from family liabilities and wish to serve the society for their remaining life & want to share their knowledge and experiences of life with the new generation.
• Elderlies who had been distinguished persons in their active life as artists, writers, players, freedom fighters, distinguished Govt.
• servants, distinguished business men etc. but presently are not able to earn adequately for their livelihood themselves.
• Whose kins are away. Abha Manav Mandir provides living and residential facilities to such senior citizens to enable them to live their lives with dignity and respect.
