Abha Manav Mandir' Varishtha Nagarik Sewa Sadan (Senior Citizens' Care Home) is one the the projects in the series of Varishtha Nagarik Sewa activities started by

"MANISH GOVIL MEMORIAL TRUST"

The Trust has already constructed a two floor building on a plot of 4200 sq. yds. at Panchvati Colony, Mawana Road, Meerut, which can presently accommodate 60 senior citizens. To expand its capacity for 100 inmates, the Trust will have to construct one more lift supported floor. The structure of the building has been designed to sustain the 3rd storey.

The Trust has also been registered under Section 11(1) of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. 2010 under registration no 231661843 as communicated vide letter no. 0100019932018 Dated 18/04/2019 from Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division (FCRA Wing) granting permission to accept donations in foreign currency. As per new FCRA Act 2010, this registration is valid for five years from the date of registration.

For those esteemed donors who want that their donation be remembered forever, the Trust has decided to write their names on additional rooms.

Names of all those donors who donate Rs. 21,000/- or more will be written on the Board of donors. Your single paisa is very precious for the senior citizens of India.

The name of founder donor will be highlighted on plate fixed on the room. The founder donor will have the privilege to stay in this Sewa Sadan on becoming senior citizen or they can nominate one senior citizen in lieu of their donation. Abha Manav Mandir will arrange to provide accommodation with in a month time of such request. Such selection will take place according to the rules of the Sewa Sadan. A separate agreement will be signed between the Trust and the Founder Donor for the above.
